I’m expecting my first child: what can I anticipate seeing at the Fair?
At hey there BABY Fair you can expect to find a showcase of baby products across a range of categories to assist you in your pregnancy and early parenting journey. Expect a mix of beautiful on-trend baby products and practical, must-have items.
hey there BABY Fair will present a range of local brands together with a selection of national brands.
You will find vendors covering the following area’s related to your pregnancy or baby:
- Baby and toddler feeding and food products
- Baby care products
- Baby clothing and accessories
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding clothing and accessories
- Lifestyle products and services
- Healthcare products and services
- Nursery equipment, furniture and accessories
- *And much more...
I have young children: what can I look forward to seeing at the Fair?
We welcome young children to attend hey there BABY Fair but please be aware this is not a children’s event and as such we have not tailored specific activities for your toddler.
Is there a room for changing my baby?
Yes. There is a baby change table in the accessible toilet.
Is there easy access for pushers/prams?
hey there BABY Fair attracts parents visiting us with prams and children in tow. Prams and pushers can be taken into the venue but please be mindful, like any fair or market, prams can be difficult to manoeuvre in a busy environment.
What if my child is lost?
Report your lost child to the hey there BABY staff immediately. Our friendly staff are trained to help locate lost children.
Can I return to the Fair on subsequent days?
Yes. You must register for another ticket on the second day you wish to attend so we can scan you in again. This is a great opportunity to return with your partner, children, friends or grandparents.
Can I get a pass out?
Pass out stamps are no longer required. Simply exit the Expo and upon your return you'll be asked to show your e-ticket to be rescanned and let back into the venue. Return must be on the same day.
Can we bring our own food?
Absolutely. We understand that young children can be fussy eaters or that you could have special dietary concerns and we want to ensure that your experience with us is enjoyable. We are happy for you to bring along your own food and refreshments.
Can I get cash out at the Fair?
ATM’s can be found nearby however hey there BABY Fair is a mostly cashless event. You will also find that many exhibitors have EFTPOS facilities available for purchases.
Can I purchase at the Fair?
You will find many opportunities to purchase products at the hey there BABY Fair from a range of vendors.
Do babies/children need a ticket?
Yes. For crowd control, each person at the event does require a ticket.
Where can I access all my tickets?
You can request to download your tickets again by visiting the hey there BABY Fair ticket page and selecting “Re-send my Ticket” at the bottom of the page.
I just realised that I need a ticket for my baby/child and now the Fair is booked out. What do I do?

I need to change my attendance time?
Simply email our team hello@heytherebabyfair.com.au and our staff will exchange your tickets and resend them with the day that suits you best.
the Fair is booked out and I have a friend/family member who would like to come with me. Can I get them a ticket?

I think I need more time at the Fair. Can I come earlier?
Ticketing start times are set and aimed at ensuring a comfortable flow of visitors.
Do I need to book a specific child ticket when I book my ticket?
Yes - each child does require a ticket. Simply add your child into your order
Does it matter if all tickets are under the same name?
Yes - we ask that you do provide the names of all ticket holders
Do I need to wear a face mask?
Masks or face coverings should NOT be worn by children under the age of 2 or anyone who has trouble breathing, is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
Please be respectful to others as reasons for not wearing or wearing a mask are not always obvious.
